Crazy is the new normal

The whole fam was in the car yesterday and I was complaining to Mark about how hard and crazy everything is right now.

He was saying that rather than focus on things being so challenging, to accept that it's the way things are for us right now. And he's right. Getting frustrated doesn't make it any easier. So crying babies, sleepless nights, constant bottle washing and endless laundry are just a part of our life right now.

Just then we looked over and saw this kid dancing at the bus stop. This is just a sampling of his sweet moves...he went on forever.

So next time I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm going to remember the words of my husband...and the moves of this kid...and try not to take everything so seriously. Because crazy is the new normal.

The new normal . . . this is just where you are right now. It won't be this way forever . . . soon you will have 2 little boys trying to climb onto the counters!

Ok, the guy was hilarious. But the best part of the video is you laughing. Keep laughing...the craziness will pass.

Awesome! Is there music or are beats just in his head? Hey, it's a constant battle for me to not take everything so seriously and I don't have 3 kids! josh swears i'm cutting years off my life...so I try to be mellow and happy which feels a lot closer to normal than stressed out freak! keep hangin in there! I love you.
