Baby home safety
That thing stuck to her butt is the latch that's supposed to keep the drawer below the oven closed. I don't blame the man who installed it, he said he wasn't sure if it would hold (there's no such thing as a baby safety oven drawer latch).
I blame Little Baby Nosy Pants.
